Vision: A future where every citizen feels empowered to access government services from the comfort of their home.

Creating a transparent platform where people can engage with government systematically — without fear or favour. Smart and effective administration is absent across almost all public service institutions in Papua New Guinea. Numerous industry and scholarly reports have highlighted the chronic lack of administrative data needed to accurately measure budget performance and outcomes. Much of the current process remains manual, creating significant barriers for management teams trying to measure budget against actuals — and making it difficult to hold decision-makers and implementers accountable. This has been a persistent, structural issue for over five decades, undermining the entire cycle of public service delivery. We have studied this problem for the past three decades. GovLink was conceived directly in response to it — a single platform where government offices can subscribe and manage all their administrative tasks in one place, bringing much-needed visibility, consistency, and accountability to budgeting and actual spend.
